Will there be any service changes?
Your rates will not change as a result of this transaction. In most cases, your services will also remain exactly the same, only you’ll have access to a faster network and a wider range of products and services.
For NorthState Technology Solutions customers, we are transitioning the professional services and VAR/reseller portions to Highpoint, an industry-leading professional services provider with the expertise and resources to meet your needs. Your services and terms will not changes as a result of this transition, and all existing purchase orders will be fulfilled. Segra will continue to support data-center managed services through its current enterprise service model under the Segra brand.
Will current agreements, proposals, and contracts be honored?
Yes, current proposals or contracts will be honored.
Will sales and customer support continue to be local?
Yes, all sales, call center, and support operations will continue as they do today.
Will the payment centers remain open?
Yes, payment center hours and locations will remain the same. Please note that some payment centers have reduced hours due to COVID-19 precautions. View our current hours of operation.
