— $.85 per use. This service works when you reach a busy signal and wish to be called when that party hangs up. To use Repeat Dialing 1. When you hear a busy signal, simply depress the disconnect button for one second and release. 2. Listen for a special dial tone, press *66 and your phone will re-dial the number. If it is still busy, hang up and your phone will re-dial the number for 30 minutes. When the line is free, you'll hear a special ring. * To cancel Repeat Dialing, dial *86 Expecting an important phone call, but need to be at another number? No problem. If you have call forwarding, simply press *72 and forward all calls to that number. * To cancel Call Forwarding, dial *73 Allows you to forward only specified calls from designated numbers - an important feature if you are forwarding calls to a cellular phone or long distance number. Would you like to know when select people are calling? With Call Selector, your phone will ring differently when calls from special numbers you select come in. — $.85 per use. If you can't quite get to the phone before it stops ringing, use Call Return to dial the last number that called you - whether you answered it or not. To use Call Retrun Press *69 and follow instructions. If the number is busy, the system will continue dialing the number for up to 30 minutes. When not busy, you will hear a special ring. * To cancel Call Return, dial *89 Do you worry that you're missing important calls when your teenager ties up the line? With Call Waiting, you'll hear a beep when another person calls. Depress the disconnect button for one second to put the first caller on hold while answering the second call. Depress the disconnect button again to put the second caller on hold and return to the first. * To cancel Call Waiting, dial *70 Would you like to know who's on the Call Waiting line before you answer? Call Waiting ID allows you to also view the name and phone number of the caller when you have a Call Waiting ID Display Unit. — $.85 per use. So, you're planning a family reunion and you need to talk with two other relatives at the same time. This service makes it possible to do so by depressing the disconnect button after the first call, dial *71, allowing you to call the third party. Store frequently called numbers under a speed dialing code. To use Speed Dialing with up to 8 different telephone numbers: 1. Dial * and the Speed Dial code for the party you wish to call. 2. To enter new codes, pres *74. 3. When you hear the dial tone, press 2-9 to select the Speed Dial code and the number you wish to assign to that code. 4. Press #, listen for two beeps and hang up. 5. To remove a Speed Dial number, simply program a new number (or no number) for that code. * 30-number Speed Dialing is also available. |
